Role Summary
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to handle daily site supervision, quality checks, and coordination for healthcare/clinics/Wellness centre building works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing works.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections as per checklist.
- Ensure compliance with hospital-specific requirements like:
- Anti-bacterial flooring
- Diagnostic/OT room/Toilet slope & drainage
- Lead shielding wall civil works
- Fire-rated partition civil interface
- Maintain site records, DPR, cube test reports, material test reports.
- Check line, level, alignment, and dimensions.
- Coordinate with MEPF & ELV teams before plastering/closing works.
- Assist in RA bill measurement and quantity take-off.
- Ensure safety compliance at site.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and checklists.
- Prepare Gantt Chart, DPR, MPR, Measurement Book and site photographs regularly.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of RCC drawings & BBS.
- Understanding of hospital finishing standards.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years site experience in building projects.
- Hospital project exposure preferred.
