We are looking for a MIS Executive to manage production data, generate reports, and support plant operations with accurate and timely information. The role requires close coordination with production, quality, and dispatch teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Daily Production Reports (DPR)
- Track milk input, production output, and product-wise conversion data
- Maintain records of milk, curd, buttermilk, paneer, butter, ghee, SMP, and other products
- Update production and stock data in Excel / ERP systems
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Monitor production targets vs actual performance
- Maintain batch-wise and shift-wise production records
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for accurate data
- Provide production analysis and reports to management
Qualification
- Any Degree (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA preferred)
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in MIS (Dairy Industry preferred)
Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
