Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and presentable individual with strong communication skills to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The candidate will play a key role in preparing client presentations, coordinating with architects and clients, and managing vendor-sourced furniture, lighting, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Presentations: Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations showcasing furniture layouts, lighting, and accessories for designers and clients.
- BOQ Preparation: Draft and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in Excel with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Client & Architect Coordination: Attend meetings, understand requirements, and ensure smooth communication between clients, architects, and vendors.
- Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with multiple vendors to source furniture, lighting, and accessories as per project needs.
- Project Support: Assist in layout planning, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure timely project delivery.

- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to design and deliver engaging PPTs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client-facing interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with architects, clients, and vendors.
- Professional Demeanor: Presentable personality with confidence in handling meetings.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in interior design coordination, furniture sourcing, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with strong presentation and communication skills may also be considered and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
