DATSI School for Storytellers, an initiative of Zebu is expanding our sales operations, and we are currently hiring an Academic Counselor cum Inside Sales Manager to join our team in the Trivandrum office. We are looking for focused, results-driven professionals with 0 to 2 years of experience who understand the mechanics of a high-functioning sales floor. You will be stepping into an active pipeline, managing inbound and outbound leads for our premium, studio-led educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to successful enrollment.
Conduct high-volume outreach and follow-ups with prospective students.
Maintain strict CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate data tracking and pipeline management.
Articulate the value of high-ticket technical programs to effectively close deals and meet monthly revenue targets.
Requirements:
0 to 2 years of proven experience in inside sales or business development (EdTech experience is a distinct advantage).
A strong foundation in pipeline management and relentless follow-up discipline.
Must be available to work on-site from our Trivandrum office.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
