Exafluence, a US-based Data Science and AI/ML company, in collaboration with a state university, is offering various programs in Data Science and AI/ML. We are seeking an Academic Lead to lead a team of faculty.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Pursuing or having completed a PhD/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a relevant academic or industry setting, with a strong focus on Computer Science and Data Science background.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, coordinating, and leading areas such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Python programming.
- Proven track record of leadership and academic management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, students, industry partners, and administrators.
- Demonstrated commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
