Key responsibilities-
Strategic HR & Talent Management
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
- Support organizational growth and foster a positive work culture.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in setting goals and improving team productivity.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Manage employee onboarding and support leadership development initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Logistics Industry: 3 years (Required)
- HR Operations: 3 years (Required)
