Job Description (JD) – Store Executive (Electrical Manufacturing Company – Railway Sector)
Position: Store Executive
Department: Stores & Inventory
Industry: Electrical Manufacturing (Railway)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and issue materials as per company procedures.
- Maintain stock records, inventory, and documentation in ERP/Excel.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of electrical materials.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile inventory differences.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Quality departments.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in stores, preferably in electrical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of inventory management, ERP, and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with railway/electrical components is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Mandatory Skills:
- Hindi – Mandatory
- English – Mandatory (Reading, Writing & Basic Communication)
- Basic computer knowledge (ERP/MS Excel).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
