Role Overview
PVblink Technology Pvt. Ltd., a leading solar inverter manufacturing company under the Make in India initiative, is looking for an energetic and technically sound Service Engineer to join our growing service network.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of solar inverters and systems, ensuring reliable performance and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site and remotely
- Provide technical support to clients, dealers, and distributors
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation
- Collaborate with the service teams to resolve complex issues
- Ensure timely completion of service calls and maintain good client relationships
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of solar inverters, power systems, and field troubleshooting preferred
- Solar EPC experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Freshers with technical knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome
