Job Summary:
As a Business Development Associate at Airveda, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach and impact. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate leads through online research, social media, and participation in industry events.
Client Proposals and Sales Materials: Understand client requirements to prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and sales documents.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, partners, and distributors to foster long-term partnerships.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features of air quality monitoring IoT systems.
Internal Communication: Effectively communicate the sales pipeline and business development status within the internal team.
Sales Forecasting: Contribute to sales forecasts and budgets, offering insights based on market dynamics and customer feedback.
Project Collaboration: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of client projects and deliverables.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients to maximize revenue.
Industry Engagement: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and build professional relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science and worked in similar industry
- 2-3 years of experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute to a meaningful mission.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and business development strategies.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
