Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in sales and business development while working closely with the CEO. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting our Printing & Packaging, and Corporate Gifting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their branding, printing, packaging, and corporate gifting requirements.
- Present and promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts in coordination with the CEO.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of client projects.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and client databases.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to improve business performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a client-facing role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
