Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage academic administration, admissions, examinations, student services, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures smooth coordination of academic and administrative operations and supports institutional effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities

Manage admissions, student onboarding, and academic records

Support academic planning, notices, and coordination with faculty

Oversee examination processes including scheduling, conduct, and results

Ensure compliance with university and regulatory requirements

Manage international student documentation and FRRO compliance

Handle student services, grievances, and welfare coordination

Organize academic events, workshops, and institutional programs

Improve administrative systems, SOPs, and MIS reporting

Supervise and support administrative staff
Eligibility
-
Education: Graduate (mandatory); Postgraduate preferred in Management / Education / Commerce / Public Administration

Experience: 5–8 years in academic administration, admissions, examinations, or student affairs
