You will be responsible for ensuring that operational goals are met through effective management, collaboration, and process refinement
Job Description : This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive, located in Bangalore.(Prefer Local Candidates only eligible for this position.& prefer who are working on retails stores like Bigbasket,DMart,Reliance etc..)
Key responsibilities :
A. Order Management :
1. Coordinate and oversee daily order processing from website and marketplace platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
2. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders
3. Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring smooth resolution
B. Inventory & logistics:
1. Maintain updated inventory records and perform regular stock audits
2. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for stock movement and delivery timelines
3. Forecast demand and reorder inventory as needed in collaboration with the sourcing team
C. Vendor & production coordination:
1. Liaise with manufacturing partners and suppliers for timely production and quality checks
2. Track production timelines and ensure raw materials and packaging supplies are available
3. Maintain documentation and records of purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices
D. Operational efficiency & Reporting:
1. Identify gaps in operational flow and suggest improvements
2. Maintain and update SOPs for operations-related tasks
3. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on orders, inventory, logistics issues, etc.
E. Customer experience support:
1. Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve escalated operational issues
2. Monitor and ensure packaging quality, accuracy of products, and on-time delivery
Qualifications :
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and optimize procedures
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills for building effective relationships and ensuring clear information exchange
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Experience in a similar operations-related role is beneficial
Graduate degree in related field
Good in Microsoft Office applications.
