Job Title: QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Real Estate/Building Construction Job .
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections at construction sites and ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Prepare and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans and procedures.
- Perform material inspections, sampling, testing, and verification as per IS standards.
- Maintain QA/QC records including Cube Register, Material Sampling Register, Waterproofing Register, Rejected Material Register, Slump Test Register, and other quality documents. Carry out inward material inspection and prepare quality inspection reports.
- Monitor and document NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), concrete mix design verification, and construction material testing.
- Conduct and supervise quality tests for cement, steel, bricks, concrete, plastering, waterproofing, and other construction activities.
- Review and approve method statements, checklists, and inspection reports. Verify shuttering, staging, reinforcement, and concrete works before execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with company QA/QC systems, safety standards, and project specifications.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and IS Codes. Expertise in material testing and site quality inspections.
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications. Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP software will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
