By leveraging your technical knowledge and business acumen, you will help shape strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, ensuring that both Accenture and its clients achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
