- Job Title: SAP MM Solution Architect

- Role Overview :- We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Solution Architect to assess, design, and implement solutions that streamline, standardize, and automate inventory management and material master processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), Master Data Governance, Inventory Management, Workflow Automation, and SAP Integration. This role will focus on reducing manual effort, improving data quality, enhancing governance processes, and implementing workflow-driven solutions for material and inventory requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current inventory and material master processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Design and implement solutions to reduce duplicate material records and improve material master data governance.
- Define and optimize material lifecycle management processes.
- Design workflow-based solutions for material requests, stocking requests, and inventory-related inquiries.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable platforms or SAP-based solutions for centralized request management.
- Design approval workflows that integrate with SAP and automate record creation and updates.
- Improve and automate Purchasing Info Record (PIR) maintenance processes.
- Recommend alternatives to manual LSMW-based processes for mass material creation and outline agreement updates.
- Analyze inventory availability, ATP processes, and parts availability reporting requirements.
- Design and support custom reporting and analytics solutions for inventory and material management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, inventory teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide architecture recommendations aligned with SAP best practices and S/4HANA capabilities.
Requirements & Skills
- 8+ years of SAP MM experience with strong solution architecture capabilities.
- Deep expertise in:
- SAP Materials Management (MM)
- Inventory Management
- Material Master Data Management
- Purchasing and Procurement Processes
- Purchasing Info Records (PIR)
- Material Lifecycle Management
- Experience designing and implementing workflow-driven business processes.
- Strong understanding of master data governance and data quality practices.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Knowledge of availability checks, ATP processes, inventory visibility, and reporting.
- Experience with mass data management and migration tools.
