Telecaller
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain CADD Centre courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with enquiries generated through website, social media, and walk-ins.
- Schedule counselling sessions and demo classes.
- Maintain lead database and update CRM records.
- Support admissions and enrollment activities.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or education counselling.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
