The Warehouse Manager will lead a team of up to 20-30 members, focusing on ownership, team alignment, and vendor management to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage a team of up to 20-30 warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods and materials, ensuring effective vendor management and follow-up
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and inventory management, utilizing both basic and advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
- Oversee team performance, training, and ground-level process implementation
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to align with company standards and best practices.
Requirement:
· Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in warehouse management
· Proven experience in managing a team of up to 20 members, with strong leadership and team alignment skills.
· Excellent vendor management and follow-up abilities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
· Strong adaptability to changing environments and operational requirements.
· Proficient in basic and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
· Strong organizational and scheduling skills to optimize warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
