Job Title: Sitecore Developer – Web Content Authoring
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3–6 Years
We are looking for a skilled Sitecore Developer with hands-on experience in web content authoring and Sitecore CMS development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sitecore content management, component development, and authoring workflows, along with a good understanding of digital experience platforms and front-end integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Sitecore-based web applications and CMS components.
- Work closely with content authors, designers, and stakeholders to enable seamless content publishing workflows.
- Build and manage templates, renderings, layouts, workflows, and personalization features within Sitecore.
- Support web content authoring, page creation, and content governance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and high-performing digital experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sitecore CMS, content rendering, and integrations.
- Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and adherence to development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and ongoing platform enhancements.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Sitecore development and CMS implementation.
- Strong understanding of Sitecore Content Authoring and content management workflows.
- Experience with Sitecore XP/XM, Helix principles, and SXA is preferred.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with content personalization, workflows, multisite management, and publishing.
- Experience working with front-end teams and integrating UI components into Sitecore.
- Good understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-based deployments.
- Exposure to headless CMS architecture or Sitecore JSS is a plus.
- Prior experience working on enterprise or large-scale digital platforms preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
