We're Hiring — Customer Care Executive | Uzhavarbumi | Chennai - Medavakkam
Uzhavarbumi is growing its Customer Experience team, and we're looking for a warm, sharp, solution-oriented Customer Care Executive to join us at our Chennai office.
About the Role
You'll be the first voice our customers hear — handling inbound calls, resolving queries, logging complaints, and ensuring every interaction ends with a smile. You'll work on our Quick Fingers CRM platform with Exotel CTI integration, following a guided call-flow process designed for speed and accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Attend inbound customer calls and respond to WhatsApp/email queries
- Log complaints, track resolutions, and follow up until closure
- Capture customer feedback and escalate patterns to the CX Lead
- Maintain call history and customer records on the CRM
- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Quality teams for resolution
Who We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, tele-calling, or front-office roles
- Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken & written)
- Comfortable with computers, CRM tools, and basic Excel
- Patient, empathetic, and a good listener
- Graduate in any discipline
- Open to work in shifts. Morning 5:30 AM to Evening 8:30 PM. Any 9 hrs rotational shifts.
- In and around Medavakkam & Pallikaranai location
