Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT Recruitment)
Location: Mahalakshmi Nagar, Indore
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (In-Hand)
Experience: 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Following up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
- Managing offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
