Job Summary
We are seeking seasoned construction professionals to join our learning platform’s Technical Content & Training Team and help shape the next generation of construction talent.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute your real-world project experience to industry learning, ensuring that course materials reflect the practical realities of building and infrastructure project execution in India.
As part of this initiative, you will play a key role in developing industry-relevant technical content, mentoring young professionals, and supporting the construction sector’s skill development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Course Content: Create and validate technical learning modules various topics as listed in the description below.
- Deliver Technical Sessions: Conduct live webinars, masterclasses, and expert sessions on specialized construction topics based on your experience
- Deliver Online Training: Lead structured online training programs and professional development sessions for students, graduates, and industry professionals.
- Mentor Young Professionals: Guide fresh graduates, interns, and early-career engineers through practical case studies and career advice
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to transform your field expertise into engaging eLearning content
- Review Industry Research : Support the validation of technical insights in our 2026 Skills & Talent Readiness Study, ensuring datasets and analysis reflect current industry practices.
- Contribute to Industry Initiatives: Participate in the Construction Paper Competition through content contribution, technical evaluation, and judging.
- Support Technical Advisory: Advise the platform’s Technical Committee on emerging industry trends, future skills, and evolving training needs within the construction sector.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years hands-on experience in Construction Projects
- Expert in Various aspects of Construction including but not limited to Site Execution, Planning and Construction Project Management
- Proven track record working on high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, or infrastructure projects (metro, highways, bridges)
- Well-versed with Indian construction standards (IS codes, NBC, CPWD norms, NHAI, etc.,)
- Strong communication & presentation skills for training delivery
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or conducting technical training
Preferred Experience
- Experience delivering projects for Tier-1 construction contractors
- Led or managed projects with value exceeding ₹1000 Crores
- Familiarity with construction management systems and digital project tools
- Previous experience creating technical documentation, training materials, or learning content
- Exposure to construction skill development programs, training institutes, or academia collaborations
