Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring requirements across various roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience working with multiple hiring channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and social media hiring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
