Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic and motivated Sales Executives for Property / Real Estate Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining property projects, arranging site visits, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, and online platforms
- Meet potential clients and understand their requirements
- Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans
- Arrange site visits and follow up with clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain customer database and daily sales reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Sales experience preferred (Real Estate experience is a plus)
- Freshers can also apply
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be confident and target-oriented
- Own vehicle preferred
