Core Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective leads and handle incoming inquiries to generate sales.
- Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Present product features, benefits, and prices persuasively to close sales and meet quotas.
- Objection Handling: Address customer hesitations, complaints, or doubts professionally to secure a, purchase.
- CRM Management: Update, maintain, and record customer interaction details and sales information in the database.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Following Scripts: Utilize provided scripts to ensure consistent messaging while adapting to customer needs. Workable +6
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to influence, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
