Position: Machinist
Location: Kuwait
Qualification & Experience:
Completion of Intermediate Education.
Knowledge of spoken and written English or Arabic.
Minimum 4 years of experience in machining.
Well aware of basic refinery safety aspects and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Key Responsibilities:
Operate all types of precision metal cutting machines and perform machining work.
Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, verniers, calipers, protractors, and thread gauges.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Set up and operate lathe, milling, shaping, boring, grinding, sawing, and drilling machines.
Fabricate and repair parts with precise tolerances.
Fabricate screw threads on various types of metals.
Fabricate and grind tool bits as required.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of machining equipment.
Maintain equipment in a clean and safe condition.
