Ashwood Living is looking for a responsible and execution-focused Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day interior and residential project activities on site.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating contractors and workers, monitoring quality and progress, ensuring execution as per approved drawings and specifications, and providing regular site updates to the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day activities at interior project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams and other agencies.
- Understand and execute work as per architectural and interior working drawings.
- Check site measurements, levels, alignments and workmanship.
- Ensure quality of work and adherence to approved materials and specifications.
- Plan daily and weekly site activities to achieve project timelines.
- Monitor contractor manpower, productivity and work progress.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries and availability at site.
- Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager/design team in a timely manner.
- Maintain daily site progress reports with photographs and updates.
- Prepare/check basic material and work quantities at site.
- Ensure proper protection of completed works and minimise material wastage.
- Maintain site discipline, cleanliness and basic safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients and building/facility teams at site when required.
- Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure of pending works.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or residential interior execution.
- Good understanding of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling and finishing works.
- Ability to read architectural and interior working drawings.
- Strong site coordination and contractor management skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and digital tools for site reporting.
- Must be willing to travel across project sites in Delhi NCR.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
