Job Summary:
Responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, promoting agro products and services, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers through calls
- Explain agro products, services, and promotional offers
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain call records and update CRM/database
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for customer support
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Qualification & Experience:
- HSC / Graduate in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales support
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in agro products, fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, farm equipment, or agricultural services
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
