What Are We Looking For
KITO INDIA is looking for a candidate who has manufacturing industry experience and can adapt quickly to the working environment. He/she should have a strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
· Systematic arrangement of warehouse items according to layout specifications.
· Adherence to governmental regulations for maintaining a tidy, secure workspace.
· Accurate labeling and placement of newly received goods onto storage racks
· Regular updates of BIN cards for both incoming and outgoing inventory.
· Issuance of materials through Tally & Zoho software following assembly requirements.
· Continuous monitoring of inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
· Adherence to the First In, First Out (FIFO) method for inventory storage.
· Effective management of store layout for optimal functionality.
· Methodical organization of warehouse and store inventory allocations.
· Thorough verification of monthly reports at the close of each month.
· Strict adherence to fire prevention regulations.
· Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
· Maintain an emphasis on safety by promptly reporting any hazardous situations and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to the 5S methodology.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS :
· B.com or equivalent bachelor's degree; additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
· Language Proficiency: English, Hindi & Kannada
· Tally experience is preferable.
· Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
· Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
