✅ Should be capable of onboarding at least 2 new clients or partners every month
✅ Strong network within the US Staffing / IT Services industry
✅ Proven experience in client acquisition and account management
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and implementation partners
✔ Generate new business opportunities and expand client base
✔ Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
✔ Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements
✔ Manage end-to-end client engagement and account handling
