Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Captain to oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be able to supervise service staff, and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant floor operations during service hours
- Lead and coordinate waitstaff to ensure smooth service
- Welcome guests and ensure a positive dining experience
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Take orders and assist staff when required
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
- Train and guide junior service staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant service/hospitality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Leadership and team coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
Preferred Qualification:
- Hotel Management / Hospitality background preferred
