What is in it for you?
As a Technical Lead - Databricks, you will be part of an Agile team responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data solutions on Azure while supporting critical healthcare data initiatives and analytics.
Responsibilities: -
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and frameworks on Azure Cloud (Azure Data Lake Gen2).
- Build and manage robust ETL/ELT workflows using Databricks.
- Orchestrate data pipelines and workflows using Apache Airflow.
- Apply advanced dimensional modeling techniques for data warehousing and analytics.
- Develop and deploy data solutions using CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance through testing, monitoring, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate it into scalable data solutions.
- Work closely with analytics and reporting teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage domain expertise in US Healthcare (EHR/EMR) to design relevant data models and solutions.

Educational Qualifications: -
Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Skills: -
Mandatory Technical Skills: -
- Databricks, Python, Azure Data Engineering
- Strong experience with Azure services (ADLS Gen2, Data Factory, etc.)
- Expertise in ETL/ELT development and data pipeline design
- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow
- Strong knowledge of Dimensional Modeling and Data Warehousing concepts
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines for data engineering solutions
- Exposure to EHR/EMR healthcare data (US Healthcare domain preferred)
Good to Have Skills: -
- Experience in advanced analytics or reporting tools
- Exposure to Cloud-native monitoring and data governance tools
- Experience working in Agile environments
