About the Role
Empowering Assurance Systems Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated professionals to support ISO certification, auditing, consultancy, documentation, implementation and training activities in the areas of Information Security, Business Continuity and IT Service Management.
Candidates with knowledge or experience in ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 are encouraged to apply.
Freshers with relevant ISO qualifications and experienced professionals are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal, supplier, gap assessment and certification audits.
- Assist Lead Auditors during Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance and recertification audits.
- Prepare audit plans, checklists, sampling plans and audit reports.
- Conduct compliance reviews, interviews and objective evidence collection.
- Assess information security controls, risks, risk treatment and Statement of Applicability.
- Support Business Continuity Management assessments, including BIA, recovery objectives and continuity testing.
- Support IT Service Management assessments and related compliance activities.
- Prepare and review nonconformity reports, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, SOPs and registers.
- Prepare risk assessments, risk treatment plans, asset registers, SoA, BCP/DR documents and incident response procedures.
- Support ISO implementation, gap assessments and certification readiness.
- Conduct awareness and internal auditor training as a Tutor.
- Coordinate audit schedules, client communication, documentation and follow-up activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 clauses and Annex A controls.
- Understanding of information security governance and risk management.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and risk treatment.
- Understanding of audit planning, evidence collection and reporting.
- Knowledge of nonconformity, root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Good documentation and technical report-writing skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel across India and overseas.
Preferred Skills
- Business Continuity Management – ISO 22301
- IT Service Management – ISO/IEC 20000-1
- Cloud Security – ISO 27017 / ISO 27018
- Privacy Information Management – ISO 27701
- Risk Management – ISO 27005 / ISO 31000
- Information security compliance, GRC or cybersecurity experience.
- Vulnerability management, incident management or SOC exposure.
- Experience with certification bodies, consultancy or training organisations.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISO 27001 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor
- ISO 22301 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor
- ISO 9001 / IMS Internal Auditor
- IRCA / CQI Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
- Additional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27005 or ISO 31000 are an advantage.
Education
Any Degree.
Preferred backgrounds include Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, Electronics, Management, Science or related disciplines.
A Master's degree is an added advantage.
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Freshers with knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 9001, information security, risk management or ISO documentation may apply.
Experienced candidates with ISMS/BCMS implementation, ISO auditing, consultancy, certification body experience, information security compliance or risk management experience are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, auditor certifications and technical competency.
Empanel Auditor & Tutor engagements are remunerated per audit day / training day.
Travel, accommodation and audit-day allowances are provided as per company policy.
