We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our operations team at Rice and Flavours LLP. In this role, you will support the efficient flow of goods from receipt to storage and dispatch, ensuring stock is handled safely and accurately in our warehouse.
The ideal candidate will be organized and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against delivery documentation.
- Inspect stock for quality and accuracy before storage.
- Organize and store products in appropriate locations to optimize space and accessibility.
- Help in picking, packing, and preparing orders for production or dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the warehouse, including waste disposal and safe stacking.
- Report any discrepancies, damage, or safety issues to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics and/or supply chain Management
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or production support experience (advantageous).
- Ability to read and interpret inventory lists, labels, and basic documentation.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move goods up to company-specified weight limits.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (preferred).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
