Role Overview : We are looking for a backend-heavy Full Stack SDE-2 to design and build scalable, high-performance services. The ideal candidate brings deep backend expertise in Node.js, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis, has shipped features on a live AI product, and uses AI-powered development tools as part of their everyday workflow.
Experience - 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
Must-Have Skills –
Strong proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript preferred), Python (Good to have)— async patterns, event loop, performance optimization
– Solid command of PostgreSQL — schema design, query tuning, indexing, EXPLAIN/ANALYZE, migrations
– Hands-on production experience with Elasticsearch — query DSL, index design, relevance tuning – Production use of Redis — caching strategies, pub/sub, distributed locking, Job Queues(Kafka)
– Experience contributing to or shipping a live AI product (LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows, or similar)
– Active use of AI agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot in day-to-day development
– Working knowledge of React or Next.js for building and reviewing frontend features
– Familiarity with RESTful API design, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines
Good-to-Have Skills -
– Experience with GCP services (Cloud Run, Big Query, Pub/Sub, GKE, or similar)
– Familiarity with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone) or embedding pipelines
– Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ) – Experience in high-growth startup or product engineering environments
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
