We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. If you enjoy meeting new people, understanding customer needs, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, convert inquiries into customers, and build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Meet potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain our products/services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives
Location: Wakad Road, Pune
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
