Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements, project scope, and budget.
- Prepare detailed architectural, interior, furniture, and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp,3ds max or other relevant software.
- Create space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and detailed design drawings.
- Select materials, finishes, colors, furniture, fixtures, and lighting in line with the design concept.
- Prepare 3D models, renders, presentations, and mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits, review ongoing work, and ensure execution matches approved drawings and design specifications.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and estimates when required.
- Review shop drawings and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design requirements.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and adherence to design standards.
- Identify site issues and provide practical design solutions during execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.
- Support clients with design decisions, material selections, and project-related recommendations.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
