Responsibilities
- Data management: Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Documentation: Handle filing, paperwork, and digital records.
- Coordination: Support internal teams with administrative tasks.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
- Communication: Liaise with vendors, clients, and other departments.
- Invoice generation: Create and manage invoices accurately.
- Purchase orders: Prepare, track, and maintain purchase orders.
- Sales orders: Manage and process sales orders from initiation to completion.
- POS operations: Handle point-of-sale entries and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/POS systems, strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Experience: 1–3 years in back office, accounts, or administrative roles preferred.
- Soft skills: Good communication, multitasking ability, and problem-solving mindset.
Pay: ₹10,633.07 - ₹25,000.00 per month
