Job Title : Utility Operator
Qualification : ITI RFM
Job Location : Panoli, near Ankleshwar
Key Responsibilities
- System Operations: Efficiently operate and monitor utility equipment including steam boilers, water systems (RO/DM water), HVAC, air compressors, and cooling towers.
- Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate, real-time records and logbooks of utility parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) in compliance with factory audits.
- Preventive Maintenance: Assist the engineering team in routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and minimizing plant downtime.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety standards, chemical handling protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Resource Management: Monitor fuel, water, and electricity consumption to maximize energy efficiency.
