Shift Timing: 1:30 AM – 8:30 AM IST (US Client Support)
Moon Technolabs is looking for an experienced Laravel / CodeIgniter Developer to provide technical support and maintenance for a live application serving international clients. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy troubleshooting production issues while contributing to bug fixes and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical application support for Laravel/CodeIgniter-based applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Debug application, database, and server-related issues.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and feature enhancements.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain application stability and client satisfaction.
Mandatory Skills
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
- Strong experience with Laravel and CodeIgniter.
- Good knowledge of MySQL.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently during the night shift.
Good to Have
- Experience with Linux servers.
- Basic understanding of AWS/cPanel.
- Experience in production support or client support.
