Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for building a world-class recruitment function for Reward360. You will lead end-to-end talent
acquisition strategy, manage the recruitment pipeline, and ensure we attract top tier talent aligned with our company culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans
- Lead recruitment for critical roles; manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters, agencies, and talent networks
- Improve time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics through process optimization and best practices
- Create compelling employer brand narrative and represent Reward360 at industry events and campuses
- Design and implement sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral programs,
and passive talent outreach
- Conduct interviews and provide hiring recommendations; ensure diverse candidate pipelines
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment analytics; report on key metrics to
leadership
- Lead onboarding coordination with HR to ensure smooth candidate transition
- Stay current with talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices in fintech/banking
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior recruiting role
- Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Strong experience with ATS platforms (Workday, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across departments
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics
- Familiarity with finance/fintech/banking industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building TA function from scratch or scaling recruiting teams
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring
- Exposure to technical recruiting or specialized talent acquisition
