We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute our organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, and link-building initiatives. You will work closely with content, product, development, and marketing teams to improve website visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets for search engines.
- Monitor and improve technical SEO factors including site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities including backlink strategies.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to increase organic conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations and fixes.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO executives or interns when required.
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website structures.
- Experience in content optimization and SEO-driven content strategy.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and modern SEO practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in SaaS, D2C, or B2B marketing is a plus.
