We’re Hiring | Furniture Production Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Furniture Production Executive to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process of furniture items. The ideal candidate will ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and efficient use of resources in manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily furniture production activities in the workshop/factory
- Plan and schedule production timelines as per project requirements
- Coordinate with designers, procurement, and installation teams
- Ensure quality control at every stage of production
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage
- Handle vendor and carpenter coordination for smooth workflow
- Maintain production reports, inventory records, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Production, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or interior production
- Strong knowledge of materials like wood, plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production plans
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic production tracking tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in modular furniture production
- Vendor management and cost control skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Location: Sultanpur Delhi
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
