JOB DESCRIPTION –
Role- Quality Engineer
Industry Type- Furniture & Furnishing

Education- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma – Mechanical
Location- Khed Shivapur, Pune
Timings- 8:30 to 4:30
Duties and Responsibilities-
· Oversee the development and implementation of quality control systems and procedures for modular furniture production.
· Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
· Work with design and production teams to establish quality benchmarks for materials, components, and finished products.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new quality standards, ensuring modular furniture meets customer expectations.
· Analyze data and provide recommendations for improving production efficiency and reducing defects.
· Perform testing on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications.
· Validate product designs and prototypes, ensuring their feasibility for mass production without compromising quality.
· Create and present detailed reports on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
· Ensure that all quality documentation is up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS-
· Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
· Attention to detail and precision in quality inspections
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
· Knowledge of production planning and process optimization techniques
· Project management skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
