Job Description
- Manage network services including LAN/WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and remote access technologies.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in real-time
- Support email and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Maintain inventory of hardware/software licenses and manage procurement or renewal cycles.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support, warranties, and updates.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and MAC systems and Windows server.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain services.
- Monitor and optimize system and network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including network diagrams and asset inventories
- Implement data backup and disaster recovery plans and test restoration procedures regularly.
- Train end-users on IT best practices, system access, and security awareness.
Experience: 5+ Years’ experience in managing sophisticated network architecture, deployment, Windows server management and End-Users support
Pay: ₹10,580.56 - ₹37,222.82 per month
