HR Recruiter (Hybrid) – Job Description
We are hiring a HR Recruiter for a hybrid role based in Mumbai.
Role Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Support hiring requirements across different roles.
- Attend client meetings, expos, or recruitment events when required.
Eligibility
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Work Mode
- Hybrid (Work from home with occasional office/client visits).
- Travel allowance for official meetings/events will be reimbursed.
Salary & Benefits
- Part-Time: ₹5,000 per month.
- Full-Time: ₹8,000 per month + Performance Incentives.
- Travel reimbursement for official visits.
Location
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Applicants from Mumbai only).
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
