We're Hiring – Production Engineer (Precision Manufacturing)

Join our growing precision manufacturing team and work on high-quality mechanical products requiring stringent tolerances, advanced machining, and precision assembly.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor precision manufacturing activities using VMC, CNC, Turning, and other machining processes.
- Coordinate machining, surface finishing, heat treatment, coating, and assembly operations.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and manufacturing quality throughout production.
- Handle production planning, manpower allocation, and shop-floor coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors for machining, finishing, and outsourced operations.
- Manage material procurement, inventory follow-up, and production readiness.
- Resolve manufacturing issues and continuously improve production processes.
- Work closely with Design, Quality, Stores, and Assembly teams to achieve production targets.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in precision manufacturing.
- Good understanding of VMC, CNC machining, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of surface finishing, assembly techniques, and outsourced manufacturing.
- Experience in vendor development and vendor coordination.
- Basic knowledge of material procurement and inventory management.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks or Fusion 360 (viewing models, basic modifications, drawings).
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, and Dial Indicators.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, fits, and tolerances.
- Ability to handle manpower, production scheduling, and daily shop-floor activities.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
