Job Description:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can handle YouTube, Instagram, and content creation along with SEO and Meta Ads to generate high-quality leads and increase admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow YouTube channel (SEO, thumbnails, titles, content planning)
- Create and manage Instagram content (Reels, posts, captions, hooks)
- Plan and execute content strategy for YouTube & social media
- Run Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for lead generation
- Generate ideas for viral reels, educational content & campaigns
- Optimize content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions
Requirements:
- Experience in YouTube growth & content strategy
- Hands-on experience in Instagram Reels & content creation
- Knowledge of Meta Ads & performance marketing
- Creative mindset + understanding of trends
- Basic video scripting/editing knowledge is a plus
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + Performance Incentives
