Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Strategist to lead content planning, development, and execution across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical thinking to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, and campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content using SEO best practices
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and clients to ensure cohesive messaging
- Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies accordingly
- Stay updated with industry trends, content formats, and digital marketing innovations
- Oversee content quality, tone, and brand consistency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or similar role
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research tools, and content optimization techniques
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Experience with social media platforms and content distribution strategies
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Understanding of paid campaigns and conversion-focused content
- Basic knowledge of graphic/content tools (e.g., Canva)
