Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OMP Plus.
- Strong experience in software design and development principles related to custom application engineering.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with application configuration and integration techniques to support diverse business processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application stability and performance.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
