Job Description
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base Identify and prioritize key market segments and potential customers and formulate sales strategies accordingly Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new business opportunities Lead the sales process from initial contact through negotiation, Purchase Order collection and post-sale follow-up Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients regarding the application of product lines to their specific needs To finalize the costing / quotation Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and technological advancements Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review Provide support to field service team for the issues related to timely installation, commissioning and after sales service for customer satisfaction Be hands on with sales data, MIS etc for monthly management review Graduate / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with a consistent academic record Expertise in MS-Office platforms like Excel, Word Ability to multi-task, work independently and also as a team 5 to 8 Years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing / engineering industries of repute
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
